Qualifications

• Experience handling/defending first-party property matters and analyzing insurance coverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns cases to outside counsel and evaluates their performance.
• Provides legal advice and training to claims personnel to ensure consistent file handling.
• Controls litigation costs and claim severity.
