COUNTRY Financial in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Sr. Property Claims Adjuster to join our field claims team. You will provide a consistent, positive claims experience through investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of property claims.

This role uses drones for property inspections and virtual claim handling software to guide clients safely through the process. It requires 7+ years of relevant experience, appropriate adjuster licensing, and may involve on-site or remote work across

Qualifications

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Maintains appropriate adjuster licensing as required by the states in which we do business.
Drone license (Part 107) required for roof inspections for Property-Field roles; obtained within 5 months.

Responsibilities

Investigates claims by determining applicable policy coverage, evaluates, negotiates and settles assigned claims.
Initiates contact with insureds, claimants and relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
Performs physical or virtual inspections of damaged property, evaluates damages and writes estimates.
