COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Large Loss Liability Claims Manager in Bloomington, IL or remote/hybrid. You will lead a team of experienced liability claims professionals handling complex, high-exposure matters and provide strategic guidance on litigation management, evaluations, and resolution strategies.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in claims operations.

Qualificações

• Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates to establish and achieve goals for assigned areas, monitors metrics to improve results, and ensures consistency with claims goals, policies and procedures.
• Provides guidance to claims personnel with respect to investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of all liability claims.
• Supervises the development of assigned staff, including succession planning and alignment with corporate and divisional needs.
• Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas, and maintains current contact information for all employees.
