Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance litigation or claims administration.
• Willingness to obtain licensure as an Insurance Adjuster.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee claims administration from initial claims analysis through resolution.
• Retain and manage outside counsel, negotiate settlements, and manage invoices.
• Conduct legal analysis and engage in high-level problem solving.

JD (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school
