Job summary

Progressive is seeking a senior claims specialist to lead the investigation of injury claims, including complex and high‑risk cases. You’ll consult with police, medical professionals, claimants, and others to determine coverage, liability, and the total value of the claim.

This is a hybrid role; you’ll report to an office about four days per month for meetings and collaboration, with ongoing coaching from a supportive team. If you prefer, you’re welcome to work in the office more often.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling.
• Two years in claims handling and a bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of relevant work experience with two years in claims handling and an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex and high-risk injury claims.
• Consult with police officers, medical professionals, claimants and others.
• Determine coverage, liability and the total value of the claim.
