Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Civil Superintendent in Dallas, TX to provide on-site supervision of field teams, manage safety, scheduling, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors. The role emphasizes cost control, resource optimization, and adherence to project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a solid understanding of job costing, and the ability to read prints and contract documents while ensuring compliance with federal and state codes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license and a clean MVR.
• Ability to supervise many employees.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment uses and limitations.
• Solid understanding of job costing.
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents.
• Knowledge of federal and state codes for the projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs General Foremen, Field Engineers, and Foremen on-site.
• Ensures safety procedures and regulatory compliance on the project.
• Schedules labor, materials, tools, equipment, and subcontractors to optimize resources and control costs.
• Mentors and coaches field staff and foremen.
• Coordinates with Site Manager and other trade supervisors to plan staffing and resources.
• Participates in RFI development and project meetings.
• Establishes and maintains crew/equipment matrices and cost tracking.
• May act as project leader in absence of Site Manager.
