This role leads on-site supervision of a cutting-edge semiconductor foundry project, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in heavy civil construction with supervisory experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and a solid understanding of relevant codes and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy civil construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects (high-tech, highways, utilities).
• Strong coordination and communication abilities in field settings.
• Familiarity with construction codes, specs, and document tracking.

Responsibilities

• Daily site patrol and productivity tracking to meet project timeline.
• Quality control inspections to ensure subcontractor work meets specs and standards.
• Lead quality inspections with inspectors and coordinate on-site with trades.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
• Coordinate crew mobilization and subcontractor work to prevent delays.
• Monitor project costs including labor, materials, and equipment.
