Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in construction or architectural industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a strong plus.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities with GC and subcontractors, ensuring daily schedules, safety, and quality.
• Balance field site walkthroughs with office-based project operations.
• Manage and review project documentation (RFIs, drawings, submittals) for accuracy.
• Inspect site conditions against blueprints to ensure contract compliance.
• Generate and manage progress reports with GC and client.
• Enforce on-site safety and compliance with codes and procedures.
• Follow Emergency Response Plan during incidents.
• Review monthly progress payments and related backup materials.
