Job summary

Centrus Energy seeks a Civil/Structural Design Engineer to lead engineering development and field execution of facility modifications at Piketon, Ohio. You will design, analyze, and document foundations, structures, and equipment supports to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards from design through turnover.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in structural design, analysis, and field support.
• Strong working knowledge of AISC, ACI, and seismic/building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/structural design and analysis for site modifications.
• Develop and review design packages for foundations, steel, and anchorage.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and I&C teams for loads and layouts.
• Support field activities with RFI/RFC resolution and as-built updates.
• Prepare procurement packages and support technical bid evaluations.
