Centrus Energy Corp. in Piketon, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Design Engineer to lead the engineering development, analysis, and execution of facility modifications at the American Centrifuge Plant.

You will bridge design concepts and field execution, ensuring structural steel, concrete systems, foundations, and equipment supports meet safety and regulatory standards from design to turnover.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil/Structural Engineering program.
• 5+ years of experience in structural design, analysis and field support.
• Strong knowledge of AISC, ACI, and seismic/building codes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Q-level security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead structural design and analysis for site modifications, performing complex analyses for static and dynamic loads.
• Develop, review, and redline design packages for foundations, structural steel, and equipment anchorage.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and I&C teams to integrate loads and layouts.
• Support construction through field walkdowns, RFI/RFC resolution, and as-built updates.
