Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction or field engineering for industrial facilities.
• Experience overseeing contractors and multi-discipline field scopes.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; Q clearance preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subcontract Technical Representative ensuring contractors meet requirements.
• Support project planning including scopes, cost, schedule, risks, and opportunities.
• Review SOWs, specs, drawings and drive as-built documentation for configuration control.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance; enforce contract requirements and change orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NEC/NFPA/OSHA/IEEE and site procedures.
