Centrus Energy Corp. seeks an experienced Civil/Structural Design Engineer to lead engineering development, analysis, and field execution for the American Centrifuge Plant (ACP) in Piketon, Ohio.

The role focuses on foundations, structural steel, and equipment supports, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance from design through turnover. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and I&C teams, perform static and dynamic analyses, and support field activities such as

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience in structural design, analysis, and field support.
• Strong knowledge of AISC, ACI codes; seismic/building codes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Q level security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil/structural design and analysis for site modifications.
• Develop and review design packages for foundations, steel, and equipment anchorage.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and I&C teams for loads and layout.
• Support field activities: RFI/RFC, as-built updates, and site walkdowns.
• Prepare procurement packages (ROMs, SOWs) for fabrication and installation.
