McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Engineer - Civil with 15-20 years of water resource experience, based in Sacramento. The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams across dam and hydro projects, performing design calculations, and advancing dam safety programs.

The position involves client management, scheduling, budgeting, and mentoring junior engineers, with travel up to 25%. A PE license and advanced civil degrees are preferred. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering required; MS preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
• 10+ years in geotechnical analysis/design or dam safety.
• Ability to read and communicate contract documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams for hydroelectric and dam projects.
• Perform design calculations with engineers, geologists, scientists.
• Support dam safety programs and field investigations.
• Prepare technical reports and construction drawings.
• Manage client expectations, scope, schedule and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote teamwork.
