Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 15 years civil design experience.
• Experience in transit/railway projects and PS&E development.
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and design standards.

• Oversee financial performance and project reviews for quality control.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups and stakeholders.
