RailPros seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead civil design teams on transit/rail projects nationwide. The role demands 15+ years of civil engineering experience, an ABET/EAC accredited engineering degree, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation. PE preferred. You will oversee budgets, schedules, client relations, and multi-discipline design efforts with travel as needed. Hybrid work model in the U.S.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• 15 years (min.) experience in general civil engineering design including a mix of roadway, drainage, earthwork, H&H, developing construction plans, specifications and estimates.
• Experience working with multiple disciplines within a project scope.
• Proficient in technical writing and design specifications in multiple formats.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a major project team or several moderate-sized project teams for the organization.
• Oversee and analyze the financial performance of client accounts and engineering projects.
• Actively engage in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
