CHASE Staffing is seeking an experienced Civil and Railroad Track Project Manager to lead nationwide rail projects from planning through design to construction. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary coordination, client relationships, and business development across several office locations.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a PE license, with 12+ years in the field, including rail project design. Occasional travel is expected to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Professional Engineer license required.
• 12+ years of professional experience; 8+ years in railroad design/planning.
• Experience with MicroStation and InRoads.

Responsibilities

• Lead rail projects from planning to construction.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and staffing; lead client negotiations.
• Direct and mentor engineering staff across disciplines.
• Perform engineering designs, reports, specs and presentations.
• Coordinate resources across offices and disciplines.
• Support business development and client engagement.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct field visits and travel as required.
