Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years focused on rail track design.
• Demonstrated ability to review engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead railroad track design and infrastructure projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide engineering staff from junior to senior levels.
• Build client relationships and support proposal development.

Skills

Strong client-facing experience

Proficiency with MicroStation and Inroads or OpenRoads or OpenRail

Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget

Ability to lead technical staff
