Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Engineer VII) in Seattle, WA to lead complex rail infrastructure programs from planning through closeout. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budget, and risk, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and take corrective action to meet objectives.
• Support proposals, client presentations, and business development activities.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and staff.
