Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• 10+ years of engineering project management experience.
• Proficient with email, text and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Skills in contract management and negotiation of critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for the organization.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, design, field, operations, and client teams.
• Support change management, contract compliance, invoicing, and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
