TRS Staffing Solutions in Cleveland, OH seeks a Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering to lead design, permitting, project management, and client development for a diverse land development portfolio. You will coordinate with environmental and geotechnical teams and drive projects from concept through construction while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and 10+ years of site/civil experience with a track record of client relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with a focus on land development.
• Experience managing projects from concept through completion.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and permitting of residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, warehouse/distribution, and mixed-use development projects.
• Manage projects from initial concept through construction and project completion.
• Oversee site/civil engineering activities including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and SWPPP prep.
• Coordinate with environmental and geotechnical teams; mentor junior staff.
