Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
Strong client development and communication skills.
Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design and permitting of civil, land development, and infrastructure projects.
Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, and erosion control.
Develop new clients and maintain relationships.
Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules.
Prepare reports including feasibility studies and stormwater reports.
Provide hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP design.
Collaborate with leadership to grow the business and utilize staff.
Perform other duties as requested.
