Job summary

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex infrastructure and land development projects in the Cleveland area. You will head multidisciplinary teams through site development, land planning, and utility design, delivering innovative solutions for industrial clients and utilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, is certified (EIT) with PE preferred, has 10+ years of hands-on experience, and excels at mentoring others, coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in site development and utility design.
• Proven leadership experience with prior management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders including Owners, Contractors, and Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects through all phases of site development, land planning and utility design.
• Guide teams to deliver impactful solutions for industrial clients and utility providers.
• Mentor team members and coordinate across Owners, Contractors and Agencies.
• Manage project workflows and ensure on-time delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
