The position will involve managing a variety of private sector development projects while supporting clients and technical teams throughout the region.

Salary: $105,000–$150,000, depending on experience.

Job Specifications:

• Manage commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and technical deliverables
• Coordinate grading, drainage, paving and utility design
• Lead and mentor civil engineers and designers
• Manage client communication and project expectations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Ohio Professional Engineer license preferred
• Previous land or site development experience
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater design
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Existing knowledge of the Ohio development market would be advantageous
