The Role

This individual will lead and support design, permitting, and client management for a wide range of land development projects, including residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed‑use developments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and permitting of land development projects from concept through completion
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure design
• Prepare and manage regulatory submissions and approvals

• Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, efficiency, and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
