Core States Group is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to oversee diverse civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams to develop construction documents and ensure timely delivery.

You will lead client communications, manage budgets, proposals, and contracts, and mentor junior engineers and designers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• P.E. would be a plus, but not required.
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience in site/civil production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail, hospitality, and/or fueling.
• MS Office Required.
• Experience working in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

• Manage multiple projects for multiple clients, ensuring timelines are met.
• Serve as lead point of contact for clients.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub‑consultants.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and design development across disciplines.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Designers; enforce QA/QC practices.
• Foster client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
