Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead diverse civil engineering projects from conception through construction. You will coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines to deliver robust construction documents and manage client relationships.

The role requires a civil engineering degree with 10+ years of PM experience, proficiency in Civil 3D/AutoCAD and MS Office, and a willingness to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• PE license is a plus and preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience in site/civil production, with commercial projects.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil engineering projects for diverse clients from conception to completion.
• Serve as lead point of contact for clients and oversee project communications.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Designers and ensure QA/QC standards are met.
• Identify design criteria, conduct risk assessments, and resolve design issues.
