Core States Group is seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager - Land Development to lead civil engineering projects from concept through construction, coordinating with Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural teams while ensuring on-time delivery and quality. The role focuses on field observations, permitting, design coordination, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• P.E. would be a plus, but not required.
• 10+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience in site/civil production.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated ability to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve team processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects for multiple clients while meeting timelines.
• Serve as lead client contact.
• Manage project finances including profit, cash flow, and AR.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
• Oversee project budgets and resource scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal/external disciplines and mentor engineers and designers.
• Ensure QA/QC and look for quality improvements.
• Foster client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
• Assess constructability and design risk; estimate potential risks and costs.
