Otak is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to apply design expertise across municipal roadways, trails, bridges, site infrastructure, and utilities for public and private clients. Lead projects from concept through documentation and construction, with path to Project Manager.

You’ll mentor staff, coordinate teams, engage with agencies, and contribute to business development while delivering safe and sustainable transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience with transportation and site projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical design and delivery of transportation projects.
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing.
• Support business development and client coordination with project managers.
