Job summary

Otak is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to apply design expertise across municipal roadways, trails, bridges and site infrastructure. You will lead projects from concept through construction documents, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and engage with clients and agencies to deliver safe, sustainable transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; PE license preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive civil engineering experience focused on transportation and site infrastructure.
• Proven ability coordinating with public agencies and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the technical design and delivery of transportation and transit projects.
• Coordinate site infrastructure projects for municipal, state, federal and private clients.
• Collaborate with project managers on scopes, schedules and budgets to meet goals and contract requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development efforts.
• Provide construction phase support including submittal reviews and RFIs.
