Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois or Licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois.
• Four years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, databases, and GIS for data analysis.
• Knowledge of design and construction practices for highway and bridge construction.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
