Job summary

Luster National seeks Project Manager(s) to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs (highways, bridges, transit, airports, water/wastewater) in the United States. You will carry scope, budget, schedule, and risk on projects often exceeding $100M in construction value.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of PM experience on capital programs; proficiency with Primavera P6/MS Project and other PM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of PM experience on large heavy civil projects.
• Experience managing scope, budget, schedule and risk through design to closeout.
• Familiarity with submittals, change management, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects or task orders from planning through closeout.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and risk; report to leadership.
• Coordinate designers, contractors, and third parties across programs.
• Administer contracts, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Develop cost forecasts and earned value reporting with program controls.
