Alpha Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III to lead large, multi-crew civil construction initiatives with heavy operational, financial and contractual responsibility. You will drive cross-project planning and resource alignment while mentoring PMs and engineers to build the next generation of Alpha leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of successful performance as a Project Manager II or equivalent leadership experience in heavy civil construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, major scopes and/or Project Managers with strong financial and operational performance.
• Proven experience with complex contracts, client negotiations, claims, change orders and project risk mitigation.
• Experience leading projects with elevated risk, significant cost exposure, public visibility or complex stakeholder requirements.
• Track record of developing Project Engineers and Project Managers into promotable leaders.
• Results improving project profitability, execution consistency, and operational systems.
