Job summary

Alpha Inc. in Hawaiʻi is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple civil projects, coach Project Engineers, and own the financial and risk management of your portfolio.

You’ll balance safety, schedule, quality, and cost while maintaining strong client relationships. At Project Manager II or III levels, you’ll develop leaders, navigate complex contracts, and drive continuous improvement in processes and performance across Civil Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crews, projects, and/or major scopes while maintaining control of safety, schedule, quality, cost, resources, risk, and client expectations.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field leadership to align manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production plans before problems hit the job.
• Own the financial pulse of your work—budgets, forecasts, cost projections, change orders, procurement, contracts, cash flow considerations, and risk exposure.
• Lead client meetings and difficult conversations with confidence. Identify risk early, drive corrective action, and protect both the project and Alpha.
• At PM II level, coach and develop Project Engineers while leading multiple active work fronts.
• At PM III level, oversee highly complex or financially significant projects, develop Project Managers and Project Engineers, and improve processes across Civil Operations.
