Job summary

41 North Contractors is seeking a Project Manager III to lead, plan, and direct construction management for projects from start to finish. You will ensure goals are met on schedule and within budget, interacting with owners and executive leadership to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining the master schedule, coordinating with superintendents, handling LOIs and contracts, and overseeing submittals and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 8+ years of proven project management experience on commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Spectrum or related software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and direct construction management from start to finish on assigned projects.
• Maintain master project schedule and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with project coordinator, superintendent, and accounting for financials.
• Manage subcontractors, LOIs, contracts, and submittals to avoid gaps.
• Prepare and review payment applications and close-out documents.
• Attend client updates, OAC meetings, and maintain project communications.
