Job summary

41 North Contractors is seeking an seasoned Project Manager III to lead construction management for multiple commercial projects, ensuring goals are met on time and on budget. You will interact with owners and executives, oversee schedules, costs, and subcontractor relations, and drive continual project improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management (master’s preferred) and 8+ years of PM experience with Procore, Spectrum, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 8+ years’ proven project management experience in a wide range of commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Spectrum or related software.
• Excellent communications, organization, and negotiations skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend hand-off meeting with Director of Operations and Estimating team.
• Review client contract and project manual.
• Maintain master project schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage subcontractor LOIs, contracts and SOWs.
• Track and report project progress, costs, and changes.
• Ensure safety plans and insurance tracking are maintained.
