Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architecture and engineering projects from kickoff through design, permitting, construction administration, and final delivery.

The role requires ownership of scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk management, team coordination, and client relationships. You will guide multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and ensure contracts, design objectives, budgets, and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing architecture, engineering, or multidisciplinary design projects.
• Ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, risks, and client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience across design, permitting, construction administration, and delivery.
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage architecture and engineering projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and milestones.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Ensure deliverables meet contracts, codes, client objectives, and design standards.
