Autodesk is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Civil Infrastructure in Portland, OR. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers, guiding deployment, licensing, and performance of Autodesk desktop and cloud solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Civil Infrastructure, Surveying, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years implementing, supporting, or consulting on Autodesk Civil Infrastructure solutions (including Civil 3D) in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Civil Infrastructure design workflows, data interoperability, and information exchange across transportation, land development, utilities, water, or related projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Experience presenting technical information to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements while prioritizing work.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive technical engagement.
• Partner with CSMs and TASs to execute customer success plans and deliver a top-tier experience.
• Proactively identify technical risks and recommend best practices to improve performance and health.
• Deliver proactive engagement through reviews, health assessments, and aligned recommendations.
• Provide guidance to optimize solution performance, stability, and health.
• Manage priority technical issues and coordinate escalations with SLA focus.
• Take a problem management approach to identify trends and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customer teams on deployment, licensing, configuration, and performance.
• Guide customers through upgrades, migrations, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Advocate for customer needs by collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Drive overall customer success outcomes and long-term partnership.
