Paradigm Design seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects from planning through construction. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and client relations while mentoring staff and driving project success.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and collaboration with municipalities, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of seven (10) years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience including project management.
• Experience managing land development and infrastructure projects and leading engineering staff.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning and delivery priorities for land development and civil engineering projects.
• Partner with Civil leadership to identify project, client, staffing, and operational risks and propose solutions.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, networking, and new project opportunities.
• Oversee planning, design, permitting, and construction administration of projects.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, financial performance, and resource utilization.
