Job summary

CEI Engineering Associates, a coast-to-coast civil engineering firm, is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee land development projects, guiding them from concept through construction while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, contractors, and municipal staff, with responsibilities spanning scope, schedule, budget, design reviews, and bid processes.

A PE/LA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent training/experience.
• 3+ years of land/site development experience with utilities, drainage, and quality control.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for land development projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and local government officials.
• Review site landscape layouts, grading plans, stormwater facilities, and utilities.
• Lead the team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
