Job summary

Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC seeks a Project Manager to lead civil site design projects, including land development, stormwater, water and sewer systems, and erosion control. You will guide project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to deliver quality, on time, and on budget.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, PE license, 7+ years of relevant experience, and a track record of mentoring staff and winning work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and PE license are required.
• 7+ years of civil site engineering and permitting experience.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and teams for land development, stormwater, water and sewer design.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Develop technical proposals and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor staff and drive business development.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and prepare presentations.
