Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead civil site design and land development projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and proven delivery on time and within budget.

You will guide diverse teams, coordinate with regulatory agencies, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while maintaining project profitability and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PE registration required.
• 10+ years of Civil Site Engineering experience (residential, institutional, industrial, commercial).
• Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage design teams and lead land development projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations to boards and agencies.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory permitting compliance.
• Mentor staff and develop project delivery through hands-on leadership.
