This role emphasizes project management, technical leadership, mentoring, and client development, with responsibility from planning through completion and active pursuit of new opportunities.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and a PE or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with public and private-sector projects.
• Strong background in land development and/or municipal infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, teams, and client relationships.
• Design and oversee site development, grading, stormwater, water, sanitary sewer, and roadway projects.
