engineeringjobs.net, Inc. is seeking a Lead Site Civil Engineer to drive major projects from concept through permitting and construction. You will oversee design, plan preparation, regulatory approvals, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of site/civil experience with strong PM and client-relations skills. A PE license or ability to obtain quickly is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of site/civil engineering experience including PM and client relations.
• Strong site design and AutoCAD Civil 3D skills.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain quickly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site civil engineering projects from concept through permitting and construction.
• Design, plan preparation, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources; act as primary client liaison.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
