Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Agricultural, Environmental, Water Resources Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• California PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience developing construction plans, specifications, engineering calculations, and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support water resources and civil engineering projects from planning through design and implementation.
• Work on flood control, agricultural water supply and drainage, and environmental restoration projects.
• Lead and mentor engineers and other technical staff.
• Develop engineering studies, designs, calculations, plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and other project documentation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Lead project meetings and communicate technical information to clients, agencies, project partners, and internal teams.
• Support clients with various funding programs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate directly with KSN’s senior management team.
