Minimum Experience: 8+
Required Education: Degree in Civil, Agricultural, Environmental, Water Resources Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field
Required Licensure: California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain a California license within six months
Salary Range: $125,000–$160,000
Signing Bonus: $5,000–$10,000 based on experience and education

This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to grow technically and professionally. You’ll work on meaningful water resources projects throughout Northern California, lead and mentor project teams, collaborate directly with clients, and work closely with KSN’s senior leadership.
Our work focuses on solving complex water-related challenges for flood management, agricultural water supply, drainage, and environmental restoration clients throughout the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, Central Valley, and Sacramento Valley.
We’re looking for an experienced engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
