Qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree, 12+ years in the field, WaterCAD/Civil 3D proficiency, and a CA PE license preferred. Hybrid collaboration with clients and staff is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in civil engineering, water/wastewater projects preferred.
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software for pressurized water distribution systems.
• PE license (CA preferred).

Aufgaben

• Lead marketing and business development including writing potable water, recycled water, and wastewater sections of proposals and supporting client negotiations.
• Oversee project management for potable water, recycled water, and wastewater capital improvement projects, including pipeline, pump station, and lift station design; manage client relationships and subconsultants; analyze designs for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Permitting new water, recycled water, and wastewater systems; develop design standards and reports; lead hydraulic modeling and analyses using WaterCAD and Civil 3D; prepare studies and design reports for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
