Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Strong communication, time-management, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil design and technical tasks under supervision of Project Manager or Lead Engineer.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and external parties.
• Contribute to site design, grading, utility design, and drainage design.
• Prepare and revise documentation for site plans, grading plans, and utility plans.
• Assist in scope, budget, staffing, and schedule management.
• Support quality assurance and constructability reviews.
