Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer focused on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will contribute to site design, entitlement, permitting, and construction documents for national Data Center programs.

You will work with a proactive core design team serving Fortune 10 clients, coordinating with Project Managers, engineers, and external consultants across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Licensed PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil design and technical tasks under supervision of PM or Lead Engineer.
• Lead project coordination meetings with team and external consultants.
• Develop site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs.
• Prepare reports, cost estimates, and construction contract documents.
• Ensure QA/QC and contribute to new standards for civil group.
