Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Civil Engineer focused on Mission Critical Data Center projects within our Community Development Group. You will design civil site plans, coordinate with project partners, and contribute to permitting and construction documentation for nationwide Data Center programs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, PE licensure (or within 6 months), and at least five years of civil experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and PE licensure within 6 months.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience, with data center projects preferred.
• Strong design, communication, and coordination skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil site design and layout for mission critical/data center projects.
• Prepare reports, studies, and construction contract documents.
• Lead project coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in scope, budget, staffing and schedule development.
• Ensure quality assurance and constructability reviews across projects.
