Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Design Engineering team and lead complex civil and environmental projects across North America. This hybrid-flexible role may be based out of any Arcadis office in the Eastern US and is ideal for a senior practitioner who enjoys technical leadership, collaboration, and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Civil Engineering; 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D civil site design and modeling software.
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design efforts from proposal through final design and construction support.
• Provide technical leadership and review deliverables for quality and constructability.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multidisciplary teams.
